7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery, only under genuine and valid reasons such as:
- Damaged product received
- Defective or non-functional item
- Wrong item delivered
3. Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact
- Proper unboxing video or photo proof is required
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged by customer
- Minor differences in color/appearance (due to lighting/screen)
5. Replacement Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment
- In some cases, we may request the original product to be returned before dispatch
