Refund policy

7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery, only under genuine and valid reasons such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or non-functional item
  • Wrong item delivered

3. Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact
  • Proper unboxing video or photo proof is required

4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged by customer
  • Minor differences in color/appearance (due to lighting/screen)

5. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment
  • In some cases, we may request the original product to be returned before dispatch
